My extensive education and professional experience have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to serve individuals and small businesses. I have assisted individuals in optimizing their personal financial strategies and offering guidance on tax planning. For small businesses, I have provided essential services such as tax compliance, and business consulting to drive growth and profitability. This breadth of experience has allowed me to adapt and tailor my expertise to the specific needs of each client, ensuring that their financial objectives are not only met but exceeded.
Acquistion of Richard D. Lundberg, PC practice 2024 | Clifton, TX
My primary goal is to continue providing you with the exceptional service you have come to expect from Rick over the years. You will be pleased to know that all of Rick’s staff will remain with the practice, so you will still see the familiar faces you’ve come to know when you call or visit the office. Additionally, the office will remain in Clifton, so there will be no changes to the location when you drop off your information or schedule meetings.
Rick will be assisting with the transition and will be available to help with any special situations or specific items related to your returns. This ensures that the high standard of service you’ve received from him over the years will continue seamlessly.
Jan Woosley
Jan Woosley is a proud alumna of Clifton High School and Baylor University, where she earned a BBA in Accounting. After obtaining her CPA license in 1987, Jan embarked on a distinguished 36-year career, specializing in tax and accounting services, particularly within the agricultural and small business sectors. Her expertise has been a cornerstone at Richard D. Lundberg, PC, where she has diligently helped clients across Bosque County and surrounding areas navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their goals.
Jan's dedication to her community is evident through her service as Treasurer of the Clifton Economic Development Corporation, her role on the Clifton ISD school board, and her contributions to the Finance Committee at First Baptist Church of Clifton. She is equally committed to her family, cherishing every moment with her husband Jeff, their children, and her beloved grandson.
As Jan transitions to continue her professional journey with Moore + Company, PLLC, she remains unwavering in her commitment to providing personalized, high-quality service to her clients. Her passion for accounting is matched only by her love for her family, travel, and the meaningful connections she fosters within her community.
Wendi Taylor
Wendi Taylor is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a distinguished 35-year career at Ford Credit. After returning to Clifton in 2020 and working remotely, she retired in 2022. In April 2024, Wendi joined the firm part-time, bringing her extensive experience and commitment to excellence.
An active member of the Bosque Art Center (BAC), Wendi serves on the Art Council and the Big Event Committee, contributing her time and talents to the local arts community. She and her husband, Jim, enjoy life on their serene property outside of Clifton, where they care for their cattle, horse, and miniature donkey. Wendi also has a passion for travel, engaging in community activities across Bosque County, and supporting local animal rescues. Her love for animals and dedication to her community make her a valued member of the Clifton area.
Robin Hamilton
Robin Hamilton is a dedicated mother of four grown children and a proud grandmother to two beloved grandsons. With a passion for the great outdoors, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and exploring new destinations through travel.
Professionally, Robin is an accomplished Administrative Office Professional with over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll. She brings a wealth of expertise in monthly financial management, bank reconciliation, and comprehensive reporting. Robin is QBO Certified and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring accurate and timely payroll liability reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail make her a trusted asset in any financial management role.
